Remix studio usage

Manual customization, previews, and publishing are free in this preview. Optional AI suggestions have a separate preview limit of five requests per ten minutes and twenty per day. They do not deduct arcade generation credits. These preview limits are not shared subscription entitlements.

Generation usage

Submitting an idea temporarily reserves a credit. If the model request or file creation fails, that credit becomes available again. Refreshing the page or checking the same request again does not create an additional charge.

Subscription billing

Generation credits measure usage. Your shared subscription follows its own billing cycle; a failed generation does not automatically cancel or refund a subscription payment.

Refund requests

For duplicate payments or a subscription billing issue, contact the support team through your existing subscription account or receipt. Include the payment date and order reference. Never send your full card number or security code. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Canceling a subscription

Manage or cancel your shared subscription through the account where you subscribed. Retretos does not create a second subscription.

A game is not working

Keep the public game link, the time it was generated, and a description of the problem so support can investigate. A saved file can still have gameplay errors; those issues need review.
