Privacy, in plain English
Here is what this version of Retretos stores and where it goes.
Prompts and generated games
When generation is connected, your prompt is sent to the configured AI provider. The service stores the prompt, task status, usage balance, and generated game file so it can finish the request and keep the link available. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Photos and remixes
A photo you select is cropped and resized on your device before it is sent to Retretos. The original file is not uploaded. A playable preview, including the resized photo, is held temporarily on the server for up to ten minutes. Publishing embeds that photo in the public game file. Anyone with the game link can see it. Your photo is not sent to the AI provider; optional AI suggestions use your written idea and game settings.
Visitor session
A first-party visitor cookie connects your browser to its generation jobs and preview allowance. It is not a shared subscription login. The server does not expose this cookie to page scripts.
Scores and saves
Scores, small game saves, and the current generation request are stored in this browser. They do not automatically sync between devices. You can clear saved scores and game progress below; this does not cancel a server-side generation or delete a public game.
Offline files
The service worker caches website files and static examples for offline use. Private task responses and generated games are not added to that offline cache. Your browser's site-data settings can remove all cached files and local data.
Subscription and payment information
Subscription management takes place through the existing shared service. Retretos does not collect card details. Shared account linking is still being connected in this preview.
Public links and removal requests
Anyone with a public game link can view it. To request a review or removal, contact support through your existing account or receipt and include the URL. Browser storage controls do not remove server-side files.
